Free From Bondage Ministry was started just a few short years ago. As a newly ordained minister, I felt that too many people were tinkering around with God's Word. Translating it into what made them comfortable, rather than how God's Word could help them be accountable and truly righteous. Looking too much at all that God could do for them, without looking at what they had to do for God. And the stakes are too high to be tinkering. It is your eternal life you are gambling with.
Free From Bondage Ministry is not here to seek your approval or your opinion. We are not looking for followers that are pleased with the information we bring, saying "Oh, that was such a delightful sermon". If you squirm from being uncomfortable with what we bring, then we are on track. You can either take what we bring and do something with it, or you will for sure squirm standing before Him. We will therefore not sweet talk Scriptures to make you feel comfortable here on earth, only to then have you end up in the lake of fire. If you want pleasing and politically correct sermons and teachings on Biblical principle, we recommend to attend the average church. Too many of them will do just that for you. Christ calls them lukewarm and rebukes them.
So why do we bring you the Word differently? Because there is a distinct difference between saying to believe in God and Christ, and acting as a believer and truly understanding the Bible. And that difference could make all the difference for your salvation in eternity, but also for your life here on earth right now.
The message from Free From Bondage Ministry is simple, yet not easy. It is a message that could very well be the hidden message in the Bible. Not encrypted or really hidden, but just grossly overlooked. Overlooked enough that in our community I have not found a single church that teaches the Biblical Principles we bring to you to the extend that we do. But based on our message, which is just taking the Bible directly for what it says, we have seen "miracles" happen, that even many with a strong faith discard as "impossible". Which made us aware that the message we got from God needed to be brought to a bigger public. After all, with God all things are possible. Hence this website and the books.
And yes, we are a very small ministry. No bells and whistles, no fancy stuff. We use what comes our way to spread God's Word. So referrals are highly appreciated. The basic publications from Free From Bondage Ministry, "God's Manual For...." and the monthly MP3's, are free of charge. Other books, like: “General Application of the Who Told You Principle. Repent and Overcome or Else....”, the "We Are At War Bible Study", and the book "Can We......??" carry a charge for the download. These books required, and still require, such a large amount of time and energy to bring you a cross reference for many of life's problems and the Bible's answers, that we cannot bring it to you for free. But by studying “General Application of the Who Told You Principle. Repent and Overcome or Else.....”, the "We Are At War Bible Study" and "Can We......??" you will find out that it is worth every penny and more. And there will be more resources for you to tap into as time passes on.
We also send out short weekly e-mails. Just to make you think, check some things in your life, or to create awareness in certain areas.
